The Palacio de la Paz was opened in January 2001. This multipurpose building is located at the Fuengirola fairground and has a total area of 4000 square meters which capacity exceeds 700 people, depending on the configuration of the patio seats and stages.
The building has conference rooms, a press room, toilet facilities, dressing rooms, auditoriums, VIP boxes, a bar and a stage of more than 300 m2. It has a complete stage lighting and sound equipment, so it is prepared to host all kinds of audiovisual shows.
The functionality of the design and distribution of its spaces spread over three floors makes this construction suitable for cultural activities and many other types of events.
The ground floor or seating area has a capacity for 612 people and provides entrances and exits through three facades. In the first level we find the boxes and an area for the authorities among which the presidential stage stands out. The second floor is the open-plan area that presents most possibilities to host major exhibitions or fairs.
Every year this venue hosts an important cultural and recreational program, from operas to modeling exhibitions, festivals, theatrical performances and concerts.
